Tuesday Prayer:

Lord Jesus, in whom all things visible
and invisible cohere,
I bow in awe and reverence before you
at the beginning of this day of rest.

O Savior, worthy of all praise and honor,
bend to listen and lift me today as I lay my life
before you and rest in your peace.

Praise be to you, Lord Christ! Amen.

[Jesus Christ] is the image of the invisible God,
the firstborn of all creation ;

for in him all things in heaven and on earth
were created, things visible and invisible,
whether thrones or dominions or rulers or
powers — all things have been created
through him and for him.

He himself is before all things, and in him
all things hold together.

당신 안에서 보이는 것들과 보이지 않는 만물이
질서를 이루고 있는 주 예수님,
이 안식의 날을 시작하면서 경탄과 경외의
마음으로 당신 앞에 절합니다.

모든 칭송과 영예를 누리시기에 합당하신 구주시여,
내가 당신 앞에 내 삶을 내려놓고 당신의 평화
안에서 쉼을 누릴 때에 .. 오늘 내 말에 경청해 주시고
나를 붙들어 세워 주십시오.

주 그리스도시여,
당신에게 찬양을 돌립니다! 아멘.

그는 보이지 아니하는 하나님의 형상이시요
모든 피조물보다 먼저 나신이시니 ..
만물이 그에게서 창조되되 ..
하늘과 땅에서 보이는 것들과 보이지 않는 것들과 ..
혹은 왕권들이나 주권들이나 통치자들이나
권세들이나 만물이 다 그로 말미암고 그를 위하여 창조되었고 .. 또한 그가 만물보다 먼저 계시고
만물이 그 안에 함께 섰느니라.
